January 15, 2015 was a significant day for Pixels Fund. It was the day its Core Values – D.A.R.E. was launched. The PIXELS Core Values – DILIGENCE– ACCOUNTABILITY– RESILIENCE – EMPATHY – have been re-defined and simplified for easy understanding and assimilation, and constitute the “PMF DNA” which every staff is expected to imbibe and should drive our every action and thinking in our pursuit for service delivery.
For the organization, it marks the dawn of a new beginning and a sign of the Fund’s commitment to build a workforce that exemplifies the right attitude, behaviour and mindset of Pixels Fund.
